Smart Payment and Automated Clearing House system (E-Banking)
- Introduction
Smart Payment and Automated Clearing House system is a software that plays a role in integrating banking services on a single platform, while supporting the diversification of payment and money transfer services through connecting with members and partners, thereby helping to enhance customer convenience and experience.
2. Goals/Benefits
- Integrating Co-opBank’s banking services (CorePlus, Mobile/Internet Banking, Cards, payments and money transfers) on a unified platform
- Diversify payment and money transfer services through connecting with members (QTDND) and partners (NAPAS, CITAD, BIDV…) such as 247 money transfer, bill payment, loan payment within and outside the network
- Enhance customer convenience and experience through providing services on web and mobile platforms
- Create a strong platform and be ready to connect to other organizations such as e-Wallets or other Fintech organizations to diversify the customer ecosystem, towards open banking.
- Act as a clearing platform between organizational units including NHHT and QTDND.
3. Main Functions
- Provide ESB integration backbone to connect systems within Co-opBank
- Providing web application at the counter that allows payment transactions, interbank money transfers, 24/7 money transfers within and outside the People’s Credit Funds network
- Provide comprehensive integrated service layer using API technology for core banking system
- Provide payment gateways that enhance connectivity to external organizations such as payment institutions and others
4. Summary
The E-Banking project will also focus on adding equipment, connecting Core-banking, Mobile/Internet Banking, card systems… to build a powerful, integrated platform. The system is capable of processing payment transactions and transferring money safely and effectively 24/7 between the Co-opBank, the People’s Credit Funds network and partners in the payment system such as NAPAS, CITAD.
